Does COX cable in Gainesville, FL provide good HD and DVR service?

I am moving to Gainesville in August and was wondering what kind of service COX cable provides and if people would recommend it. I have a 60" HD TV and cannot live without sports and a DVR. Is COX the way to go or should I go for satellite?

To get a truly all digital picture you need satellite. It now comes with a dvr as an option. So I would recommend satellite. If you like sports direc tv is the way to go for NFL Sunday Ticket. Plus my satellite is cheaper than comcast here in Maryland.
