Any DVR/DVD Recorder Combo Units With Dual Tuner Recording?

I'm looking for a DVR / DVD Recorder unit with dual tuners (ability to record two things at once), but haven't been able to find one. Does anyone know of one, or know of one that will be out in the next year?

Picture in Picture (PIP) using Comcast Dual Tuner DVR?

I have a question about using Picture in Picture (PIP) for the Motorola DCT3412. Can i use the one input to my TV to do PIP? When i press PIP ON nothing happens but when i press Swap i am able to go to the other tuner. To use my TV PIP I need to have a HDMI input - if i use a second output from the cable box as HDMI will i get the second tuner so PIP can be done? or would it be the same tuner as what i see using the component output. any help would be appreciated.

I have a comcast dct 6412 dual tuner dvr. Can I connect 2 HDTV’s to this at the same time?

I have a DCT6412 and was wondering if I can connect more than 1 TV to this. It is a "dual tuner". I am renting a separate tuner for my bedroom but want to know if I can get a 30' HDMI (plenty long enough) and connect it to my bedroom TV from the 6412 box, if I can watch different channels on on both TV's if they were on at the same time. Would I need a splitter? what does dual tuner even mean?

Is there an HD DVR with dual tuners that I do not need to activate?

I am looking for a dual tuner HD DVR preferably with cable card support, but i do not want to have to pay a monthly fee. I just want to buy the box outright. Does anyone know of one?
